dude dont think people hate you, one day a flash will stay it gets blammed "blammed" means when a flash is not good enough for newgrounds. just keep trying dude

How about actually practice and take time and junk, my flash games take about a month to produce, maybe 2 weeks if I rush. Spend some time on it.

Work on art style, animation and dialogue; a good animation may take you a few months to complete but by the end of it you'll have some quality work to show off.

Ok,so,i have never watched any of your flash,but i suppouse you need to practice a little bit more,i always got my flash blammed before but not now...

I don't say your flash is bad as i never saw your flash but i guess you should put some more effort into it,spend a good few days or evem months on your animation for it to be perfect! :)
